    Arriving at My Clinic

    LocationMy clinic is located at 12285 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, Ontario.
    ParkingFree private parking is available on-site directly in front of the clinic.
    Arrival TimingBecause every appointment is a private 1-on-1 session, please arrive at your scheduled time. If you arrive early, please send me a quick text at (289) 210-6220 and remain comfortably in your vehicle until I confirm I am ready for you.
    RemindersAutomated appointment reminders will be sent via text and email 72 hours and 24 hours prior to your session.

    Rescheduling & Cancellation Rules

    Notice RequirementI request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment reschedules.
    Late ArrivalsIf you are running more than 10 to 15 minutes late, please call or text me immediately. We may need to adjust your treatment scope or reschedule your session to ensure unhurried care for every patient.
    No-Show PolicyMissed appointments without prior notification prevent other patients from booking that private time slot. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit prior to future bookings.

    General Pre-Treatment Preparation

    How to Prepare for Your Session

    Clean SkinPlease arrive with a clean face free of heavy makeup, creams, or self-tanners if receiving facial treatments.
    Blood Thinners & SupplementsAvoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin), high-dose Vitamin E, and blood-thinning supplements for 24 to 48 hours prior to your injection session (unless medically prescribed by your doctor).
    Skincare PausePause active topical skincare ingredients such as Retinoids, Glycolic Acid, or strong AHA/BHA exfoliants 5 to 7 days prior to microneedling or skin booster treatments.
    Hydration & MealsEat a light meal or snack and stay well-hydrated prior to your appointment, especially when receiving IV Therapy or blood draws for PRF.
